Managing Investment Director of InnovationsKapital, which he founded in 1994. Staffan is one of the most experienced Nordic venture capitalists. He pioneered the venture capital industry in the area when the industry was still in its infancy.
Staffan has been responsible for InnovationsKapital’s investments in a number of companies, for example; Altitun (acq. by ADC), Formex (acq. by Tyco), Kreatel (acq. by Motorola), and Spotfire (acq. by TIBCO). He currently represents InnKap on the boards of Enigma, Silecs SiCon and Xtract.
Prior to founding InnKap, Staffan was a management consultant and private investor. His early career also includes positions as Managing Director of Frico AB (leading the IPO of the company), and General Manager of the Hygiene Division of LIC. He has an BSc from Göteborg University.

Investment Director of InnovationsKapital. Peder has been involved in over 20 investments in ICT companies since he joined InnovationsKapital in 1997. Some examples of companies where he has been more closely involved in are Altitun (acq. by ADC), Kreatel (acq. by Motorola), and Nordnav (acq. by CSR). He represents InnKap on the boards of Heptagon, Syntune and 21 Grams.
Peder holds an MBA certificate from the University of North Carolina, an executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics, an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Göteborg University and has studied engineering at Chalmers University of Technology.

Investment Director of InnovationsKapital. Magnus joined InnKap from McKinsey & Co., New York in 2007. His previous career includes: COO & CFO of Mactive, Inc., the US market leader in newspaper advertising software, Founder and CEO of eWork AB, the leading Nordic technology consultant broker. In addition, his early career includes positions as Investment Manager of Telia Business Innovation and Corporate Associate of Vision Capital.
Magnus is based in New York and has an overall responsibility for InnovationsKapital’s US based investments, including Syntensia and Virtutech.
Magnus holds a Masters of Law (LLM) degree and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics degree, both from the University of Stockholm.

Investment Director of InnovationsKapital. Martin joined InnKap in 2006. Martin has 11 years of experience from investments in ICT companies, before InnKap from venture capital/private equity companies Capman and Swedestart. He has been involved in a large number of investments since 1997, including e.g. Altitun (acq. by ADC), 42 Networks (acq. by Packetfront) and QlikTech. He was responsible for InnKap’s investments in Artix/Crayon, Apptus Technologies and Hexaformer, and represents InnKap on the boards of Artix/Crayon, 21 Grams, Apptus Technologies and Hexaformer.
Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics, both from Lund University.

Investment Manager of InnovationsKapital. Fredrik joined InnovationsKapital in November 2000, and since then he has been involved in and completed more than 15 transactions. He is especially interested in fast growing companies in telecommunications, Internet infrastructure, and business services. Fredrik has spent a lot of time with InnKap’s current portfolio companies Artix/Crayon, 21 Grams and Hexaformer and was also heavily involved in InnKap’s investment in Nordnav (acq. by UK-based CSR in 2007).
He holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.

Investment Manager of InnovationsKapital since May 2007. Linda was previously a Vice President at Thisbe, a company that serves as an adviser to the Wallenberg Foundations regarding capital management and corporate governance. Before that she was an Associate with Polaris Venture Partners in Boston focusing on early stage technology investments. She started her career at Investor AB working with a number of Investor’s core holdings in the engineering and technology sectors as well as making new investments in the technology space.
Linda was heavily involved in InnKap’s investments in Xtract and Syntensia. In addition to continuing to work with those two companies she is also working actively with Syntune.
Linda holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology.

Senior Advisor within the ICT sector. He has been with InnovationsKapital since 2001 after a successful exit of Altitun, an investment where Björn Broberg was co-founder. He has a research background within optoelectronics, and holds a Ph.D. Prior to being an entrepreneur himself he managed R&D at various positions. He serves on the board of a few Scandinavian
high-tech
companies.
Senior Advisor within the ICT sector, with focus on the software industry. He has been on the InnovationsKapital’s Scientific Advisory Board since its start. Staffan Truvé is CEO of the Swedish Institute of Computer Science (SICS) and Interactive Institute, senior executive vice president of Swedish ICT Research and General Partner of Truvé&Vasell Innovation. He was previously CEO and Founder of CR&T. He has a MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, a PhD in Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from Göteborg University.

Senior Advisor within the ICT sector since early 2007. Sverker is the Senior Vice President and Head of sales division Business Services in Sweden and Finland at TeliaSonera. Prior to joining TeliaSonera he was the General Manager at Cisco Systems in Sweden and before that the CEO of Trio AB. He also held a number of leading national and international positions in the IT and telecom industry, at IBM, Telelogic, and CODA. As an entrepreneur, Sverker founded a Swedish Oracle reseller in 1997. Sverker currently holds board engagements in Teligent AB (Publ SSE). He has a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Senior Advisor with special focus on the US market and international issues. She joined InnovationsKapital in 2003. Åsa was previously a Principal with IDG Ventures in Boston, USA, and prior to that she was with Masthead Venture Partners in Cambridge, USA. Both firms are early stage venture capital firms focusing on information technology and biotechnology investments in the United States. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce of New England, USA. Åsa holds a MSc from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
